At Fit Food, we believe that nutrition is more than just counting macros or hitting a fitness goal. It’s about the fundamental right to a healthy, vibrant life.

Two years ago, when we opened our first location in T1, we met a regular named Marko. Marko wasn’t a professional athlete or a fitness influencer; he was a father who had recently completed a grueling round of cancer treatment. He came to us because he needed food that was clean, honest, and easy for his body to process. He told us, “When you’re fighting for your life, every calorie has to count for something good.”

That conversation changed how we view our mission. We realized that while we serve those who are “fit,” we have a responsibility to support those who are fighting to get their health back.

The “Power Bowl” Initiative This is why Fit Food has partnered with the Gift of Life (Kingitud Elu) foundation. We believe that no one should have to choose between their financial stability and a chance at survival.

For every “Power Bowl” purchased at any Fit Food location, 0.50€ goes directly toward funding modern cancer treatments for patients in Estonia whose medications are not yet covered by the health insurance fund.

Why we do it:

  • Because we believe in transparency: Just as we show you every gram of protein in your meal, we show you exactly where your donations go.
  • Because we are a community: Our restaurants are located near gyms where people build strength. We want to use that collective strength to support those at their most vulnerable.
  • Because health is a gift: We don’t just want to feed the fit; we want to fuel the fight for a healthier Estonia.

Last year, thanks to our customers, we were able to fund three full months of treatment for a young mother in Tartu. When you eat at Fit Food, you aren’t just nourishing your own body—you are providing hope and a second chance to someone else.

Eat Fresh. Stay Fit. Give Life.
